THE WINE
Tell me Les Mavericks, how do you make wine without wine ?
We simply start with the principle of making a great wine by choosing the soils and the varietals and doing away with everything that is superfluous. All that remains is the good feeling and the sensation of something done well, for all occasional or enlightened consumers.
TASTING NOTES
With the Feeling Good white wine, we feel good thanks to familiar tasting impressions. The nose offers grilled notes and an intense expression of pale-fleshed fruits (apricot, peach) and candied pineapple. The wine is fresh and mouth-wateringly good on the palate with a textured fruitiness and a refreshing finish. What an explosion of flavours for an alcohol-free wine !
The red wine is equally superb, with an incredibly expressive nose, fruity, peppery and with slightly roasted notes that suggest subtle wood ageing. It is supple and voluminous on the palate with a very present aromatic structure that leaves you feeling good…
