We simply start with the principle of making a great wine by choosing the soils and the varietals and we do away with everything that is superfluous. That leaves just the essential .

TASTING NOTES
The Elémentaire white wine expresses aromas of pale-fleshed fruits (apricot, peach, and pear) and a touch of roasted notes due to a period of ageing in fine wood to reveal all its character. It is fresh and expressively fruity on the palate with good length on the finish.
The red wine offers the same intensity, with delightful aromas of fruits and spicy/peppery touches with some grilled notes. An aromatic explosion of fruit on the palate and great suppleness !
